Each suite is equipped with natural light, modern amenities, and administrative support (optional) to ensure a professional environment. Dedicated suite with reception, waiting room and up to 5 consulting suites available.
Level 2 Boardroom hire also available on request.

We provide both sessional and long-term leasing options to accommodate varying client needs. Whether you require a single session (half or full day) or ongoing access, our suites can be tailored accordingly.

Where is the facility located?
The consulting suites are located on the ground floor in Dromana, centrally positioned on the Mornington Peninsula for easy access from surrounding areas.
The location offers convenient parking and proximity to local amenities, making it practical for both practitioners and their patients.
Another wing on the ground floor is conveniently occupied by a large pathology centre. Level one is home to a long standing general practice. The top floor is reserved for staff facilities, large outdoor terrace and boardroom facilities.
What amenities are included with the suites?
Each suite features ample natural light, modern furnishings, and high-speed internet connectivity (wifi or cable). Administrative support is available (fees may apply) to assist with scheduling and client management.
The Specialist suites have a dedicated waiting room and reception area, these are shared by the 5 specialist consultation rooms. Secure entry systems included to maintain a professional and comfortable environment.
Can I book a suite for a single session?
Yes, sessional bookings are available for consultants who need space on an occasional basis. This option provides flexibility without long-term commitment.
Booking can be arranged through our administration team, who will assist with scheduling and any specific requirements.
Are long-term leases available?
Long-term leasing options are offered for consultants seeking consistent access to a dedicated suite. Terms are negotiable to suit individual practice needs.
